In January 2026, Elsa, the founder of Your World Education Lab, reached out with a challenge that many growing businesses eventually face. She needed a custom Notion CRM for Education that could support her growing team and operations.
Her team was doing meaningful work, helping international students plan their education and future careers. But behind the scenes, the business had outgrown its existing processes. Student records, documents, sales activities, marketing plans, financial information, and team tasks were spread across different tools, making it harder to keep everything organized.

Building a System Around the Business

Behind the scenes, every department received its own workspace. Operations managed student workflows and daily activities. Sales tracked leads and enrollment pipelines. Marketing organized campaigns and content planning. Finance managed invoices and business records.
Everything connected back to a central executive dashboard, allowing Elsa to monitor student progress, team workloads, sales performance, marketing activities, financial information, and important business updates without switching between multiple platforms.

To make the transition smooth, I recorded a complete walkthrough video that guided the team through every part of the workspace. Instead of spending days figuring things out, they could confidently start using the system in their everyday work.
This helped the team adopt the new workspace quickly while reducing questions during onboarding.
